Located on Town Cove, views of the water, boats, and clammers will surely delight. In the evening, the calm waters will relax the senses. This home can be enjoyed year round. Whether you come for a Spring golf getaway, all things Summer, or a Fall getaway, this home is ready for all to enjoy.
Perhaps a day on the water is the plan. Have a boat? Bring it along. The town boat ramp, with open water access, is just around the corner and across the cove from the house. Please check with the town of Orleans for any rules around using the public ramp and boating in the cove.
From the second floor, the amazing view from the primary suite awaits. This suite offers a king bedroom and full bath with double sinks and walk-in shower. The attached large sitting room is the perfect spot with a writing desk, comfy curl up and read a book chairs, and daybed with trundle offering additional space to accommodate your needs.
